Figure Skating Tests
  While we do our best to provide accurate information, everything here is for informational purposes only. Our intent is to give you an understanding of what is expacted at each level. Skaters should ckeck with the official USFS rulebook and with their coach when developing test programs.
Intermediate Freestyle
The duration of this test is about 2 :30 sec.
Passing total is 6.4
Passing average is 3.2
Two different elements may be retried if necessary.
Jumps One (1) Axel Jump
One (1) double jump: double Salchow, double toe loop
Combos One (1) Jump combonation with 2 single jumps
(no turn or change of foot between jumps)
Once (1) Jump combonation with (single and double) or (2 doubles)
(no turn or change of foot between jumps)
Spins Flying spin (min 5 revolutions in position)
Spin combo with at least 1 change of foot and at least 1 change of position (min 4 revs/foot)
Steps One step sequence straight line, circular or serpentine, fully utilizing the ice surface.
